We recently purchased our very first home with the help of John Kearley. John went out of his way to make the process enjoyable and stress free, even in an extremely hot buying market. John was enormously helpful to us as we looked for a mountain getaway and potential future retirement property. He met us at properties 45 minutes from Salida on weekends, was patient and kind in his explanations of our options, and did all this through the challenging days of the pandemic. Born and raised in Colorado, it’s been our lifelong dream to own something in the mountains, and it turned out it was the same dream as many! We had to make offers in a competitive market, react quickly, and seek his advice constantly. He was a true pleasure to work with and we’re proud to call him our new neighbors (well, only one mountain pass separates us now).

My wife and I are incredibly thrilled about our fortunate relationship with John Kearley as our Realtor. We have had the pleasure of knowing John for a number of years, but this was our first time using his professional work: helping us to sell our 35-acre pasture.
