John was enormously helpful to us as we looked for a mountain getaway and potential future retirement property. He met us at properties 45 minutes from Salida on weekends, was patient and kind in his explanations of our options, and did all this through the challenging days of the pandemic. Born and raised in Colorado, it's been our lifelong dream to own something in the mountains, and it turned out it was the same dream as many! We had to make offers in a competitive market, react quickly, and seek his advice constantly. Great experience! There are lots if Relator’s those that say they are good and know everything and don’t. Those that are new and having to rely on people training them, and then there is Lydia. She did more to help us than anyone ever has, finding properties, knowing the area, making appointments, making offers, communicating during the gap between offer and closing, communicating with the owners and walked us through the closing. This was our seventh purchase through our lifetime so it’s wasn’t our 1st rodeo. Lydia because a good friend through the process and I will highly recommend her.
